Linda Stone Winter, Director has a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Northern Michigan University and is a Certified Social Worker in the state of Wisconsin.  Linda has ten years experience serving the elderly, physically disabled, persons diagnosed with a developmental disability, chronic mental illness, traumatic brain injury and alcohol or other drug addiction.  She has six years experience as a County Case Manager for the State's Medicaid Waiver Programs (COP) and the Community Support Program. 

She has knowledge of resources, such as applying for and maintaining Section 8 Housing Assistance, Energy Assistance, Social Security benefits, Medicaid, Medicare, Department of Vocation and Rehabilitation, mental health facilities, day service programs, Tribal agencies, Rural Housing and Development and more..... 

Linda has three years providing corporate guardianship services.

James Winter, Assistant Director  is a Paramedic.  He has three years experience as a corporate guardian serving wards diagnosed with mential illness, developmental disabilities and physical disabilities.
