  • receive ward's income to pay for current and foreseeable needs
  • funds not needed to meet the ward's current needs are saved
  • records are kept of all payments received and how they are spent or saved
  • provide information to client's social services agencies or medical facilities providers
  • notifiy SSA of changes when required
  • complete written reports accounting for the use of funds
